Initial meeting and instruction at a time and place of convenience for you, this could be your current home, a coffee shop, your place of work or even by video call for remote buyers.
Create a property search brief based on your needs and wants.
We will search the market and view properties on your behalf and create a short list based on your personal search brief. We will then view the shortlisted properties with you.
Having found you a property, we will present your offer and negotiate on your behalf with the agent or vendor to get the best deal we can for you.
Once a deal has been agreed, we will oversee the conveyancing process and keep you updated through to exchange and completion.

Of course, not all purchases go smoothly for lots of different reasons, and about 1 in 3 unfortunately fall through.
If this happens we will be here for you and we will start the search process again... all at no extra cost to you.
Remember estate agents act for the seller. We solely work and act for you, so that you get the best deal possible for you!
Affordable Value For Money
We charge an initial non-refundable registration fee, payable on instruction before the search can commence. This is then deducted from the final purchase fee payable on exchange.
